Order Requests
Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, payment instructions, availability, shipping, or fulfillment. Strada Vitality reviews product availability, customer details, documentation context, and support needs before any request moves forward.
Payments and Fulfillment
Payment instructions, invoice steps, and fulfillment timing are confirmed only after review through an approved Strada Vitality support or payment channel. Do not submit payment outside an approved channel.
Optional Text Messages
Customers who provide a mobile number and select Text updates agree to receive recurring automated transactional SMS from Strada Vitality, including order confirmations, order-status changes, shipping and delivery updates, and requested customer-support follow-up.
